Welcome to Quantum AI. By accessing or using our website, mobile application, or trading bot platform ("Services"), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our Services.

1. Definitions

“Platform” refers to Quantum AI’s web, mobile, and messaging-based interfaces.
“User” / “You” means any individual or entity using our Services.
“Exchange” refers to third-party cryptocurrency trading platforms (e.g., Binance, OKX).
“Bot” refers to the automated trading system offered by Quantum AI.

2. Eligibility

To use our Services, you must:

Be at least 18 years old Reside in a country where crypto trading is not restricted by law
Own a verified account on a supported centralized exchange
We reserve the right to restrict access based on jurisdiction or compliance requirements.

3. Risk Disclosure

Trading cryptocurrencies involves significant risk. By using Quantum AI, you acknowledge and accept that:

Past performance is not indicative of future results
You may lose some or all of your invested capital
You are solely responsible for monitoring your exchange account and settings
Quantum AI is not a financial advisor and does not offer investment advice.

4. Account Registration

To access the bot:

You must register an account with a valid email address and password
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials
Quantum AI is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access

5. API Access and Security

The bot connects to your exchange account via read/trade-only API keys
Withdrawal permissions are strictly prohibited
You retain full custody of your funds at all times
All connections are encrypted and secured according to industry best practices.

6. Fees & Payments

The bot operates on a performance fee basis: 7% of realized profit
No profit = No fee
You may also be subject to network or exchange fees not controlled by us
Fees are billed automatically at the end of each profit cycle unless otherwise stated.

7. Service Availability

Quantum AI strives to operate 24/7 but:

We may perform maintenance, updates, or suspend access without prior notice
We are not liable for downtime caused by exchange API issues or third-party outages

8. Prohibited Use

You agree NOT to:

Use the bot for illegal, fraudulent, or manipulative activities
Attempt to reverse-engineer, duplicate, or resell the platform
Use the bot in any way that harms Quantum AI, its partners, or other users
Violations may result in immediate account termination and legal action.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, algorithms, and materials on the Platform are the intellectual property of Quantum AI Technologies. You may not copy, use, or distribute them without prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Quantum AI shall not be liable for losses, damages, or lost profits resulting from use of the bot Total liability is limited to the amount paid by you to us in the 3 months preceding the claim You use the Service at your own risk.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the platform:

For violation of these Terms
In response to regulatory requirements
At your written request
All open trading positions will be halted upon termination.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of:

Germany, for users based in the EU
India, for users based in India
United Arab Emirates, for users in the MENA region
Disputes will be resolved in the appropriate jurisdictional courts.

13. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. Major updates will be notified via email or dashboard alerts.
